QA Engineer, Bilingüe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Execute functional, integration, regression, and change validation tests

• Design, document, and carry out test cases

• Identify, log, and track defects

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and quality processes

• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to ensure the quality of solutions

• Support validation processes prior to production deployments

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in QA / Software Testing roles

• Experience in performing functional testing and defect management

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

• Analytical skills and attention to detail

• Experience with test management and issue tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar)

• Basic knowledge of API testing

• Experience in telecommunications environments, digital platforms, or enterprise projects

• Knowledge in test automation

• English proficiency at B2, B2+, or higher level

• Ability to participate in meetings, training sessions, and technical discussions with international teams
