QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Execute manual test cases across payment migration processes, encompassing functional, regression, and integration scenarios.

• Validate payment processing scenarios, which include transactions, refunds, chargebacks, and edge cases across OMS, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and returns/kit processing systems.

• Clearly document and report defects in detail, while maintaining current test results to assist with daily and weekly status reporting.

• Collaborate with the automation QA team within a shift-left model by providing early feedback and supporting coverage from the outset of development cycles.

• Adhere to testing standards, entry/exit criteria, and defect management processes established by the QA Lead.

• Assist in testing across multiple workstreams once the scope is confirmed.

• Contribute to hypercare activities following the launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on manual QA experience in complex, multi-system environments.

• Proficient in functional testing across end-to-end flows that involve multiple integrated platforms.

• Strong habits in defect documentation — capable of logging, describing, and tracking bugs with sufficient detail to facilitate lead-level reporting.

• Knowledge of the Adyen platform, or a demonstrated eagerness to familiarize oneself using Adyen's documentation is explicitly required.

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, which is one of the core systems in scope.

• A background in payment processing, transaction flows, or projects related to payment platform migration.

• Familiarity with the concepts of token migration — understanding how payment tokens are transferred between providers.
