• Design, implement, and sustain manual testing strategies and cases for game functionalities, particularly focusing on UI, mechanics, multiplayer, and performance.
• Detect, document, monitor, and retest bugs; ensure that issues are accurately described and can be replicated.
• Collaborate closely with developers to clarify specifications, verify fixes, and ensure that the implementation aligns with expectations.
• Assess gameplay balance, physics, and user feedback; communicate any concerns regarding fairness or stability.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA positions, preferably within the gaming or interactive application sectors.
• Previous experience with multiplayer games or scenarios involving real-time interactions.
• Strong knowledge of WebGL or browser-based game development: including rendering, compatibility, and performance challenges.
• Proven ability to reproduce, document, and articulate bugs effectively.
• Familiarity with issue tracking tools (such as JIRA or similar), test case management, and reporting mechanisms.
• Good grasp of game mechanics and how even minor bugs can impact the gameplay experience.
• Comfortable collaborating with remote teams and adapting to iterative development processes.
• Work remotely from any location around the globe.
