This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as a subject matter expert in benefit configuration and quality assurance within MedImpact’s PBM programs.
• Lead intricate validation initiatives, supervise quality and compliance review processes, and ensure that configurations, operational workflows, and deliverables align with client expectations and internal quality benchmarks.
• Foster continuous improvement, mentor analysts, and collaborate across functions to boost accuracy, efficiency, and compliance throughout the organization.
• Direct the design, implementation, and oversight of complex configuration validation tasks for benefit, pharmacy network, and formulary management in pre-production settings.
• Validate the accuracy of configurations for business maintenance, new client onboarding, regulatory updates, and special projects.
• Approve configuration design strategies for complex or unique benefit requests and ensure the precise migration of validated changes from Test to Production environments.
• Communicate critical issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement to leadership, ensuring visibility and prompt resolution.
• BS/BA degree and 3+ years of experience or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in writing SQL queries, Automation Testing, File Transfer Protocol, and UNIX is highly preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, MS Access, and Project.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance methodologies and their practical application.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of PBM regulations and associated CMS guidance.
• Experience in Healthcare, Managed Care, Government Programs, or PBM Quality is preferred.
