Dairy Sanitation Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive technical information regarding milk quality to both sales and service teams within MICRO, as well as to external consultants and dairy clients.

• Oversee, assess, and guarantee the production of the highest quality milk at customer facilities.

• Provide the Dairy Sanitation Service team with audit results and a list of necessary items to repair or replace.

• Offer technical sales and support for dairy Sanitation Sales and Service teams.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dairy consultants in relation to Micro’s Milk Quality management program.

• Organize extensive technical training and support for both Micro employees and dairy clients.

• Collaborate with dairy customers to introduce new products and explore applications for existing products within the Micro Milk Quality management program.

• Present technical information to sales and operations teams.

• Resolve issues related to Milk Quality at the customer’s site.

• Educate dairy PDSR/OSR teams on fundamental dairy sanitation principles.

• Develop and track dairy-specific KPIs for assessing and enhancing technologies and programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Dairy Sanitation/Milk Quality specifically within the dairy sector.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Expertise in evaluating milking equipment systems at dairies.

• Capacity to organize, train, and communicate a team-based approach to achieving goals and executing plans.

• Extensive knowledge of dairy sanitation products and a solid understanding of milk quality troubleshooting.

• An associate degree is preferred.
