Senior QA Automation, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing and maintaining current test automation processes.

• Detect and resolve defects effectively.

• Verify new features to guarantee system stability, scalability, and compatibility with the evolving functionality of the product.

• Work collaboratively with teams to provide high-quality software solutions.

• Engage in code reviews and play a role in technical decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

• Familiarity with programming concepts and scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript (preferred).

• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.

• Understanding of version control, bug tracking, and test management systems.

• Background in back-end testing, API testing, or microservices testing.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities, including basic log analysis.

• Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL or similar).

• Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems.

• Preferred skills include experience in programming concepts and scripting with Java.

• Fundamental understanding of security protocols (OWASP, PCI Compliance).

• Experience with high-volume transactional systems is advantageous.
