This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with teams across engineering, product, customer support, data, and more.
• Provide production support to the Customer Experience (CX) support team.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to deliver timely and constructive feedback.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities effectively.
• Team up with Developers and Product Managers to formulate a comprehensive test plan for assigned projects.
• Conduct manual, API, and automation testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly.
• Execute thorough regression testing once bugs are fixed.
• Coordinate and take part in code deployments.
• Learn the processes and systems across departments that utilize technology, and seek opportunities for enhancement.
• At least 3 years of experience in a QA testing role.
• Practical experience with AI tools.
• Proficient in automated testing tools.
• Familiarity with API testing tools.
• Experience with various web browsers and operating systems, including mobile platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in drafting clear, concise, and detailed test plans and test cases.
• Involvement in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SQL/Postgres and scripting is a bonus.
