Senior QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain automated end-to-end tests for our suite of internal and external systems.

• Create evaluation frameworks for AI and LLM-driven features, defining what constitutes "good output," identifying regressions in prompt behavior, and assessing the non-determinism associated with generative AI.

• Collaborate with engineers to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that quality signals are identified early rather than at the time of release.

• Play a key role in cultivating a robust quality culture by sharing testing methodologies with engineers, contributing to architectural discussions, and establishing standards that will adapt as the team grows.

• Promote a culture of quality ownership and shift-left testing practices throughout engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in QA or test engineering, particularly in automation-focused environments.

• Advanced proficiency in test automation, including APIs and SPAs.

• Strong technical capabilities: ability to read code (Python, Golang, Ruby, TypeScript/React), knowledge of software architecture, and experience with CI/CD, Git, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).

• Practical experience in testing third-party implementations and Salesforce-related integrations (API testing, data synchronization validation, workflow verification).

• A genuine passion for AI and a commitment to understanding how to effectively test it and utilize it for testing purposes.

• A strong inclination to take ownership of initiatives, work collaboratively with team members, and enhance business outcomes through high-quality products.

• Experience in performance and load testing for high-volume transaction systems is a plus.

• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with engineers and product managers.

• Comfortable navigating the ambiguity associated with building from the ground up.
