QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Execute functional and regression testing for web portal applications.

• Carry out integration testing across various platform components.

• Perform testing in AWS-based environments.

• Draft and maintain test cases, test plans, and bug reports in English.

• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and the global client team.

• Engage in the definition of QA processes and continuous enhancement.

• Develop the test strategy and manage the entire QA scope.

• Allocate approximately 60% of your time to the new module from mid-July to November 10.

• Provide support for additional projects within the company portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of practical experience in software QA/testing.

• Strong background in functional and regression testing of web applications.

• Knowledge of standard testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, or equivalent.

• Experience in testing within cloud environments; AWS experience is preferred.

• Proficient in Jira.

• Capable of working independently and taking responsibility for the QA scope.

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level.

• Availability until 18:00 CET on working days.

• Proficiency in Polish is an additional advantage.

• Experience in regulated sectors such as insurance, healthcare, medtech, pharma, or similar is beneficial.

• ISTQB certification is a plus.

• Experience with API testing and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.

• Previous involvement in fast-paced consulting or client-facing projects is desirable.

• Ability to work on your own computer.

• A Polish business entity capable of invoicing B2B, or willingness to establish one prior to commencement.
