QA Engineer – AI-native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop AI-driven testing frameworks and pipelines that automate the entire QA workflow: design testing strategies, create automated tests, formulate and execute test plans, conduct various types of testing across workflows, and analyze defects—all supported by LLM tools and advanced AI frameworks.

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and load testing across agent workflows.

• Investigate defects and incidents, determine root causes, and assist in preventing regressions.

• Work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and R&D teams on release validation.

• Play a role in enhancing QA processes, increasing test coverage, and refining automation practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of QA experience, including at least 2 years focused on QA automation.

• Active, hands-on experience with LLMs (such as GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.) in your QA workflows—not merely theoretical interest, but genuine expertise in constructing AI-based QA pipelines.

• Proficient in Python and PyTest.

• Practical experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse).

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, client-server architecture, and web services.

• Experience in creating and maintaining automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines.

• Capability to work independently with complex business logic.

• Availability to work in the EST timezone.
