• Lead the advancement of automation frameworks, tools, and workflows to foster a more scalable and efficient quality assurance strategy.
• Enhance significant automation coverage and elevate the quality of signals within CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate across departments to integrate quality earlier in the development lifecycle.

• Leverage data to pinpoint gaps, minimize inefficiencies, and enhance software reliability.
• Assess contemporary QA tools, including AI-driven workflows, and experiment with practical new methodologies.
• Mentor, develop, and expand a team of SDETs and QA engineers.
• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering, SDET, or quality engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience managing engineers, including coaching and performance evaluation.
• Strong technical expertise and the capability to engage deeply when necessary.
• Proven experience in promoting the adoption of scalable automation practices.
• Background in developing or enhancing automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Proficient programming skills, preferably in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Sound judgment in selecting between manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience in enhancing tools or workflows to improve the effectiveness of Engineering and QA teams.
• Strong ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and QA teams.
• An inquisitive mindset about modern tools and AI-assisted workflows, with practical insights into their value addition.
