QA Automation Analyst – Testing Funcional y Automatización

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design, define, and implement functional and technical testing plans.

• Manage, document, and track defects throughout the testing cycle.

• Conduct manual and automated tests to ensure application quality.

• Develop and maintain testing automation frameworks and scripts.

• Execute service and REST API tests using specialized tools.

• Perform performance and load testing using JMeter.

• Participate in the functional analysis of requirements and validation of developments.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from development, business, and client sectors.

• Manage test traceability and results using corporate tools.

• Engage in the continuous improvement of quality and testing processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst or QA Automation Engineer.

• Proven experience in designing testing plans, executing tests, and managing defects.

• Knowledge of test automation with Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, and Maven.

• Experience in REST API testing using Postman.

• Experience in performance testing with JMeter.

• Proficiency in programming with Java and Bash scripting.

• Experience with version control tools such as Git and GitLab.

• Knowledge of database querying and scripting.

• Experience with project management and testing tools like Rally.

• Ability to work collaboratively and interact with clients and technical teams.

• Proactive, communicative profile with a focus on quality.

• ISTQB Foundation certification is highly valued.

• ISTQB Advanced certification or other testing certifications are desirable.

• Previous experience in the banking sector is a plus.
