QA Analyst – Trading Data, Pricing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor projection performance and pinpoint significant trends, discrepancies, or challenges affecting pricing accuracy.

• Conduct QA testing on automated trading tools, projection creation systems, and pricing launches.

• Create and implement testing plans, regression testing, and validation strategies for both new and existing features.

• Identify, document, and escalate any bugs or inconsistencies discovered during testing and production monitoring.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Game Operations teams to facilitate feature launches and enhance systems.

• Assist in establishing testing processes, operational best practices, and quality assurance standards for trading systems.

• Leverage internal tools and environments to replicate production scenarios and verify releases.

• Aid in launch readiness through testing coordination, callouts, and operational verification.


⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities and adhering to critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with DFS, sports betting, or sports gaming ecosystems.

• Knowledge of major sports leagues, players, matchups, and the influence of sports news/information on projections and pricing.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends in accordance with live sports schedules.

• Proficient in mathematical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in Daily Fantasy Sports, sports gaming, trading operations, QA, or a similar analytical position is preferred.

• Experience with QA processes, regression testing, or production support is advantageous.

• Familiarity with data validation, pricing models, or trading systems is a plus.
