QA Analyst, PeopleSoft to Workday Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct extensive manual testing across enterprise and compliance applications.

• Assist in automated testing initiatives (20-30% of total workload).

• Carry out functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Develop and uphold test cases, test plans, and related testing documentation.

• Verify enhancements, defects, and production fixes.

• Provide support for ongoing testing and legacy system requests within PeopleSoft.

• Execute data validation and troubleshooting utilizing SQL.

• Test and provide support for Workday, Archer, SaaS, EPM, and other enterprise applications.

• Collaborate closely with business users, developers, and project teams.

• Proactively identify risks, issues, and gaps in testing.

• Assist in propelling projects forward with minimal supervision.

• Quickly adapt to new initiatives and shifting priorities.

• Respond promptly to support critical business initiatives.

• Acquire knowledge of new applications and support additional tools as business requirements evolve.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA).

• Proficiency in Workday is essential (experience at a company that transitioned to Workday is a plus).

• Experience with Archer testing (or similar Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools).

• Strong background in manual testing (80% manual, 20% automation).

• Some experience in automation testing.

• Familiarity with supporting enhancements and requests for legacy systems in PeopleSoft.

• Experience in testing Software as a Service (SaaS) applications.

• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms.

• Proficient in SQL for data validation and backend testing.

• Experience in testing compliance applications.

• Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks.
