This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Your Mission: Deliver intricate narratives by the conclusion of each sprint.
• Develop Collaboratively: Engage in effective Agile delivery by seeking advice, voicing concerns, promoting best practices, identifying obstacles, and mentoring both peers and less experienced team members.
• Deliver Value: Conduct comprehensive functional testing, regression testing, edge case testing, and, when feasible, basic API or automation testing.
• Work Autonomously: Craft detailed test cases, generate testing reports, and create solid testing plans.
• Provide Guidance: Assist junior team members with documentation and testing methodologies.
• Client Interactions: Present complete test plans and sprint reports with confidence, documenting the overall status of the product.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in the following areas:
• Manual testing
• Postman
• Managing test cases in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Additional knowledge and experience in AI-assisted testing (Claude Code, Cursor, CoPilot, etc.) is a plus.
• Practical Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in relevant technologies and projects, including ongoing adherence to best practices, leading and executing manual testing for web and mobile applications, and using industry-standard tools to ensure optimal product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Client Leadership: Experience working with client stakeholders during sprint planning and documenting technical strategies.
• Outcome Orientation: Ability to comprehend and convey the business outcomes influenced by your development projects.
• Relevant Education: May include intensive programs, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
