This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Design and execute multi-file coding assignments focused on bug resolution, feature enhancement, code refactoring, and testing.

• Produce clear specifications in natural language along with corresponding reference implementations.

• Create and expand unit and integration testing frameworks.

• Assess peer-generated tasks for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Spot edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure scenarios.

• Ensure consistency among specifications, code, and anticipated outcomes.

• Exceptional written proficiency in English at a professional level.

• 3 to 7 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java, C#, or Go is also beneficial.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.

• Demonstrated capability to debug and work through large, multi-file codebases.

• Experience in conducting code reviews, refactoring, and managing production migrations.
