This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Offer assistance for various activities conducted by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.
• Develop and sustain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities.
• Enhance procedures, training sessions, and other initiatives to boost ICSR team productivity.
• Suggest process modifications to the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Oversee ICSR deviations with guidance from the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Examine trackers and timesheet data to ensure precision.
• Handle ICSR cases and conduct second quality control checks.
• Provide support to other departments as necessary.
• Serve as the designated subject matter expert for the assigned team.
• Assist the RA & PV Network Department when required.
• Function as the LCPPV for the specified country and PRLS for the assigned language, as coordinated with the line manager.
• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related field, or relevant experience in pharmacovigilance.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in pharmacovigilance.
• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in delegation.
• Effective planning and time management skills.
• Technical proficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Required experience with medical devices.
