This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners during project initiation to ensure specifications are consistent with the budget, design vision, and project scope.
• Determine project priorities and delegate responsibilities among cross-functional team members.
• Review and audit all specifications and floorplans; work with designers and architects to address discrepancies or clarifications.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams to provide updates and status reports on projects.
• Coordinate with vendor representatives to verify pricing and lead times that are not accessible on the Source platform.
• Keep vendor pricing on the Source platform current for all uploaded brands.
• Create specification sheets using the Source platform for designer and client review and approval.
• Issue purchase orders, manage invoice evaluations, and collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure timely vendor payments.
• Process and document change orders as required.
• Monitor project budgets closely and proactively communicate any changes or adjustments.
• Partner with the Logistics teams to define warehousing requirements for each project.
• Establish and uphold project timelines, including tracking and updating estimated delivery dates.
• Consistently track orders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure transparency and schedule accuracy.
• Coordinate with the Installation Manager to organize onsite installation schedules and requirements.
• Assist the Installation Manager with punch list follow-ups and resolutions after installation.
• Facilitate timely approvals for samples and finish submittals as necessary.
• Oversee the preparation of closeout documentation throughout the project and ensure completion within 30 days of installation finalization.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality procurement or related project purchasing roles.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with procurement software platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
• A demonstrated history of independently managing large, complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with commercial interior products and the capacity to read and interpret architectural floor plans and specifications.
• Comfortable working under pressure and consistently meeting tight deadlines.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.
