This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and sustain purchase orders for inventory items within the ERP system.

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated suppliers concerning orders, delivery schedules, quantities, and related documentation.

• Collaborate closely with Demand Planning to ensure the availability of stock and continuity of supply.

• Ensure precise purchasing information is maintained within ERP systems (e.g., pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities).


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a purchasing or supply chain position (mid-level, not entry-level).

• Experience in managing purchase orders for stocked or recurring items.

• Practical experience with ERP systems.

• Preference for experience working with international suppliers.
