This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will identify new training institutions and continuing education providers on behalf of our clients, utilizing your expertise in the learning-portfolio landscape, and independently carry out contract negotiations.
• You will oversee and enhance relationships with existing service partners while constantly seeking ways to optimize our procurement agreements.
• You will also assist in supplier evaluations and risk assessments.
• You will consistently evaluate opportunities to shift specific portfolio services from a provider-sourcing approach to a self-delivery model, enhancing the portfolio's cost-efficiency.
• You will actively participate in the development and enhancement of our procurement processes and the essential legal documentation.
• As the main point of contact between customers and the supplier market, you will ensure effective and professional procurement processes for a meticulously curated learning portfolio.
• With your decisiveness, negotiation capabilities, and capacity to manage diverse stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our procurement function.
• You will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of supplier and master data in our CRM system.
• A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration.
• Initial professional experience in indirect procurement, vendor management, or the training/education sector.
• Strong communication skills, negotiation proficiency, and a professional demeanor when engaging with national and international partners.
• Ideally, basic knowledge of contract law and experience in drafting contracts with service providers and suppliers.
• Customer- and service-oriented mindset, initiative, and solid commercial and analytical understanding.
• A structured, responsible, and quality-focused approach to work.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
