This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist, troubleshoot, and enhance publisher integrations within an AdTech setting.
• Collaborate closely with publishers, internal technical teams, quality assurance, and operations.
• Elevate integration quality, ad delivery, performance, and client satisfaction.
• Contribute code while actively engaging in design discussions.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to improve overall project results.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Practical experience with browser developer tools, particularly Chrome DevTools.
• Experience in publisher-side AdTech.
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising, ad serving, ad tags, and publisher monetization.
• Familiarity with at least some of the following:
• Prebid.js
• Header bidding
• Google Ad Manager
• SSPs / DSPs / ad exchanges
• APIs / SDKs
• OpenRTB
• Capability to troubleshoot ad rendering, tracking, latency, fill rate, bid, and reporting issues.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical issues and proposed solutions to clients and internal teams.
• Ability to resolve technical issues without the need for full-time software development expertise.
• Strong analytical capabilities for examining data discrepancies, implementation challenges, and performance concerns.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to convert technical findings into actionable next steps.
• Experience working directly with publishers, clients, account teams, technical support teams, or product teams.
• Provide support for publisher-side technical integrations across websites, ad placements, and monetization workflows.
• Resolve issues concerning ad rendering, ad tags, scripts, APIs, SDKs, page behavior, data flow, and reporting.
• Utilize browser developer tools to analyze network requests, console errors, DOM behavior, cookies, scripts, ad calls, and page performance.
• Work with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL to comprehend, validate, and troubleshoot publisher implementations.
• Investigate issues related to Prebid.js, header bidding, programmatic demand, ad server configuration, and publisher-side integrations.
• Assist in optimizing publisher setups to enhance ad delivery, fill rate, latency, viewability, revenue performance, and overall user experience.
• Explore discrepancies involving impressions, requests, bids, fill rate, latency, creative rendering, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with publishers, developers, QA engineers, product teams, account teams, and operations teams to address technical challenges.
• Clearly communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document recurring issues, troubleshooting procedures, implementation guidance, and best practices.
