Publisher Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Onboarding and Management of Publishers

• Recruit and onboard new publishers (both direct and programmatic) into the EZmob exchange.

• Ensure seamless integration through XML, API, or tag-based methods.

• Maintain strong relationships with top-tier supply partners.

• Optimization and Monetization

• Monitor performance metrics (such as fill rate, eCPM, RPM, CTR) to ensure that monetization is optimized across all placements.

• Address revenue declines or delivery challenges in real-time with internal development teams.

• Collaborate closely with the advertiser team to align supply with converting demand sources.

• Demand Integration

• Partner with the demand team to connect premium demand sources with publisher inventory.

• Utilize XML / RTB / header bidding integrations to enhance supply value.

• Technical and Strategic Oversight

• Review and enhance traffic quality signals.

• Supervise ad quality, compliance, and appropriate targeting by vertical and geography.

• Leverage internal dashboards, AdKernel technology, and third-party analytics tools to monitor performance.

• Growth and Retention

• Identify upsell or scaling opportunities within existing publisher accounts.

• Assist with reactivation campaigns for inactive or underperforming partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a Publisher Manager or Supply position at an ad network, SSP, or ad exchange.

• Extensive knowledge of XML feeds, RTB integrations, OpenRTB protocols, and monetization platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to manage publisher performance, optimize revenue, and handle technical onboarding.

• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of eCPM, RPM, fill rate, viewability, and related metrics.

• Comfort with traffic verification tools (e.g., GeoEdge, AdScore) and resolving compliance issues.

• Exceptional communication skills in English — both written and verbal.

• Bonus Skills: Practical experience with AdKernel or similar ad-serving platforms.

• Familiarity with monetizing traffic across mobile, desktop, and in-app platforms.

• Experience working with push, pop, or in-page push formats.

• Proficiency in SQL or BI tools for in-depth performance analysis.
