This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage in work on a campaign-by-campaign basis, selecting the number of campaigns you wish to undertake.

• Craft and develop compelling narratives, personas, and creative concepts for artists through ideation.

• Oversee multiple artist campaigns or projects, securing online press features, interviews, premieres, sessions, and podcasts via online publications, influencers, and brands.

• Immerse yourself in today’s digital and mobile consumer landscape to devise brand-specific strategies that ultimately foster artist growth (which is why we are passionate about social and digital marketing!).

• Guide and contribute to the creation of innovative ideas and deliverables.

• Possess a strong understanding of various Paid Media and Measurement opportunities within social, digital, and the broader marketing ecosystem, allowing you to provide clients with recommendations on appropriate social and digital KPIs aligned with their brand-specific objectives.

• Identify and assist in selling incremental campaign opportunities to clients to help them meet their goals.

• You have at least 1-2 years of experience working as a publicist for musicians, artists, labels, or management agencies.

• You are familiar with both emerging technologies and digital platforms.

• You maintain a strong network with top-tier publications and brand outlets.

• You can work autonomously with minimal supervision, exhibiting the assertiveness to take initiative.
