Publication Lead – Scientific Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the comprehensive planning and execution of publication activities.

• Oversee the management of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and conference presentations.

• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical, HEOR, authors, and investigators.

• Supervise medical writing vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs.

• Monitor publication timelines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ensure adherence to ICMJE, GPP, and internal publication guidelines.

• Assist with submissions for scientific congresses and journal publications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc) in Life Sciences.

• Have 5–7+ years of experience in medical publications within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.

• Strong understanding of ICMJE and Good Publication Practice (GPP) standards.

• Proven track record of leading publication strategies and managing scientific communication outputs.

• Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Experience in Cell Therapy is a plus.
