This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist agencies in minimizing digital-profile vulnerabilities, such as impersonation, data exposure, social-engineering tactics, and OSINT-driven targeting, while enhancing mission assurance, force protection, and cyber resilience in the public sector.
• Aid agencies in addressing emerging threats related to impersonation, fraud, and OSINT-driven targeting by utilizing Netcraft’s extensive detection and automated disruption platform.
• Take ownership of the complete government sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Generate new business through focused outbound outreach, participation in government events, industry associations, and procurement channels.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify and engage essential federal, state, and local government agencies.
• Facilitate consultative discussions with CIOs, CISOs, cybersecurity teams, digital services groups, and high-level public-sector stakeholders.
• Navigate the complexities of government procurement processes, budget cycles, and compliance requirements.
• Develop customized proposals, scopes, and presentations with assistance from the Solutions Engineering team.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and collaborate internally on pricing, technical responses, and documentation.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and activity tracking within Salesforce.
• Provide insights from the field that influence our public-sector go-to-market strategy, messaging, and product direction.
• Represent Netcraft at public-sector cybersecurity events, summits, and conferences.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas, preferably in the fields of cybersecurity, SaaS, threat protection, or enterprise technology directed at government clients.
• Proficient in navigating public-sector procurement, contracting, and budgeting processes.
• 5 to 8+ years of experience in enterprise or SaaS sales.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in Public Sector sales.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior government stakeholders and multiple decision-makers.
• Proactive, organized, and adept at building and managing your own sales pipeline.
• Consultative, inquisitive, and capable of translating complex cyber threats into clear business value.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with effective presentation abilities.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical partners and Solutions Engineering teams.
• Maintain a high standard of CRM hygiene (experience with Salesforce is preferred).
