This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Formulate and implement detailed account strategies that enhance customer reliance on Equifax, establishing our organization as a vital, consultative partner.
• Cultivate Key Relationships: Build and maintain deep, enduring trust by developing strong working relationships with client economic buyers, key decision-makers, and industry influencers.
• Optimize the Customer Lifecycle: Conduct annual business reviews to gain in-depth understanding of your clients' businesses, foresee their evolving needs, and ensure high satisfaction throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
• Drive Revenue Growth: Take complete responsibility for revenue advancement within designated accounts by advising on standard to semi-complex solutions.
• Present the Full Portfolio: Strategically align client challenges with the comprehensive range of Equifax solutions, highlighting our distinctive value proposition and competitive edge.
• Manage the Complete Sales Cycle: Promptly respond to customer inquiries, RFIs, and RFPs, while overseeing contract and pricing negotiations to ensure compliance with company policies and profitability targets.
• Own the Sales Pipeline: Actively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, ensuring an accurate and well-organized sales pipeline and forecasting model.
• Coordinate Internal Resources: Effectively mobilize and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to advance deals, address complex customer needs, and provide outstanding client experiences.
• Remain Industry-Aware: Stay informed on industry trends, economic changes, and competitive developments to consistently discover new opportunities for account growth.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Sales experience
• Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations to highlight value
• Experience in maintaining accurate customer relationship management (CRM) system data
• Skill in developing persuasive proposals and value-based selling strategies
• Proven track record in negotiating and closing small to mid-size deals
• Capability to create detailed account and territory plans to optimize sales opportunities
• Proficiency in conducting thorough research on prospects to identify potential leads
• Success in leveraging a complex matrixed environment to meet business objectives
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
