This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver cross-functional planning, coordination, and project assistance to BME Strategies.
• Collaborate across various practice areas with the backing of several practice area leaders.
• Serve as the “glue” among teams, monitoring deadlines, organizing proposals, and offering robust administrative support.
• Participate in client-facing initiatives.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in applied public health (local, state, or federal level), project coordination, or a related field; with 2 or more years in a consulting firm setting preferred.
• A Master’s degree in Public Health or a related discipline.
• At least 1-4 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Capability to operate independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues, clients, and community stakeholders.
• Experience with public health accreditation, quality improvement, or performance management initiatives is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard project management tools.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Experience in supporting or leading community engagement activities, including partner mapping, outreach, and qualitative data collection.
• A proven history of facilitating meetings and stakeholder gatherings.
• Direct experience in working with and coordinating municipal/local, state, or federal stakeholders.
• Background in substance use, opioid abatement, harm reduction, treatment access (MAT/MOUD, peer recovery, linkage to care), and/or tobacco control, including lived experience.
• Strong technical writing skills for public-facing reports and presentations.
