This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate 30-minute individual virtual coaching sessions with members.

• Discuss financial subjects such as budgeting, debt management, credit oversight, retirement strategies, investment education, insurance fundamentals, and home purchasing.

• Offer impartial financial education; MSA does not sell any financial products, and neither does the coach in this position.

• Customize each session to align with the member's objectives, circumstances, and initial status.

• Summarize topics discussed following each session.

• Uphold member confidentiality at all times.

• Select coaching subjects based on areas of strongest expertise and determine availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial coaching, financial planning, or personal finance education.

• Knowledge of financial systems within Brazil.

• Proficient understanding of budgeting, debt management, credit, retirement planning, investing, insurance, and/or home buying.

• Bilingual fluency in English (both spoken and written) and Portuguese.

• Moderate level of technical skills — capable of independently using a computer, basic software applications, and a CRM system for session documentation.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional environment for conducting sessions.

• Certification in financial coaching or planning (such as CFP, CPA, CFA, licensed financial planner/bank wealth manager, or similar) is a plus.

• Experience coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds and financial situations is a plus.

• Must successfully pass a standard background check if mandated by the company.

• May be subject to a drug test.

• This is a contractor role.
