Psychotherapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy sessions.

• Partner with clients to create customized treatment plans that honor their cultural values and preferences.

• Offer support and psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding the connections between culture, identity, and mental health.

• Ensure timely submission of accurate and HIPAA-compliant progress notes, including intake assessments, progress reports, and treatment plans.

• Remain informed about the latest research and advancements in cultural competency and mental health.

• Engage in professional development and training opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a license in NY, NJ, FL, CT, or CA.

• Additional licensure in other states is encouraged if independently licensed.

• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours, increasing to 35-40 hours per week, with at least two evening slots or one evening and one weekend slot included.
