This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Conduct online intakes and provide online treatments to clients with moderate to severe issues in short-term generalist basic mental healthcare, adhering to current guidelines;

• To support the treatment, utilize our proprietary e-health modules, available in our self-developed app, working according to the blended-care principle;

• As a lead therapist, you are responsible for accurate assessment and implementation of treatment plans for clients of one or more basic psychologists;

• You offer supervision and share your expertise in individual guidance sessions;

• Your duties and responsibilities include essential documentation;

• Contribute to the further development of our organization, transitioning from a young startup to an established player in the Dutch mental healthcare sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A postdoctoral training as a GZ-Psychologist;

• A valid BIG registration and an AGB code;

• A positive Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG);

• A minimum of 3 years of outpatient experience, preferably in basic mental healthcare;

• Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with additional training in EMDR and/or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) preferred;

• Experience in diagnosing and treating ADHD & ASD is a plus;

• Experience in online treatment and blended care using e-health;

• A high degree of independence and the ability to plan your own caseload and schedule;

• Well-developed digital skills;

• Proficient in the Dutch language (minimum C1 level);

• Willingness to accept a contract in employment or a freelance agreement of at least 24 hours per week.
