This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Fully remote outpatient psychiatry position.

• Engaging with lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD).

• Diverse patient demographic spanning all age groups: children and adolescents (treated exclusively by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists), adults, and geriatric patients.

• Standardized session durations (60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups).

• No involvement in inpatient care, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization, or crisis intervention.

• Access to an in-house referral network for therapists.

• Comprehensive operational support encompassing scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

• Flexibility in managing your schedule and weekly availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).

• Possession of an active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available).

• Enthusiasm for outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-focused care.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to streamlined clinical technologies.

• Strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
