Psychiatrist, MD/DO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• 100% remote outpatient psychiatry services.

• Focus on lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD).

• Diverse patient demographics including children & adolescents (treated exclusively by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists), adults, and geriatric patients.

• Standard session durations of 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.

• No involvement in inpatient care, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization, or crisis interventions.

• Access to an in-house referral network for therapists.

• Comprehensive operational support encompassing scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

• Flexibility in managing your schedule and weekly availability.

• Patient population tailored to individual preferences and criteria.

• Autonomy in clinical decision-making without the pressure to reduce visit durations or increase patient volume.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).

• Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support is available).

• Enthusiastic about practicing outpatient care in a 100% telepsychiatry environment.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to streamlined clinical technology.

• Strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
