This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Fully remote outpatient psychiatry.
• Treating lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD).
• Diverse patient demographics, including children & adolescents (managed by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists exclusively), adults, and elderly patients.
• Standardized session durations (60-minute initial assessments and 30-minute follow-up sessions).
• No involvement in inpatient care, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization, or crisis intervention.
• Access to an internal referral network for therapists.
• Comprehensive operational assistance encompassing scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Hold an active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support is available).
• A keen interest in outpatient, entirely telepsychiatry-based care.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to streamlined clinical technology.
• Possess strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
