Psychiatrist, MD/DO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Deliver fully remote outpatient psychiatric care.

• Address lower to moderate acuity populations, including those with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD.

• Provide treatment for individuals across the lifespan, encompassing children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.

• Conduct comprehensive 60-minute intake evaluations and 30-minute follow-up appointments.

• Make clinical decisions autonomously without the pressure to reduce visit durations or increase patient volume.

• Oversee your schedule and weekly availability in alignment with set clinical standards.

• Deliver care through a fully remote telepsychiatry framework.

• Collaborate with an internal network of therapists for referrals.

• Utilize operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO).

• Active and unrestricted medical license.

• Interest in providing outpatient care exclusively via telepsychiatry.

• Willingness to learn streamlined clinical technology.

• Strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach.

• Only board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists may treat children and adolescents.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. upon accepting a job offer and completing Form I-9.
