This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Fully remote outpatient psychiatry position
• Focus on lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD)
• Patient demographic spans all ages: children and adolescents (treated exclusively by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists), adults, and seniors
• Standard session durations (60-minute intake sessions, 30-minute follow-ups)
• No involvement in inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage
• In-house referral network available for therapists
• Comprehensive operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing
• Flexibility in managing your schedule and weekly availability
• Sessions adhere to established clinical standards in length
• Patient demographic tailored to individual preferences and criteria
• Clinical decision-making autonomy without pressure to reduce visit times or increase patient volume
• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO)
• Active, unrestricted medical license (support for multi-state licensing available)
• Genuine interest in outpatient, exclusively telepsychiatry care
• Ability to adapt to streamlined clinical technology
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach
