This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Assist in establishing the groundwork for a new clinical escalation team dedicated to ensuring that our most intricate and high-risk psychiatric cases receive prompt, compassionate, and clinically excellent support.
• Utilize your expertise as a clinical resource, investigator, and problem-solver by addressing safety concerns, resolving complaints, and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Collaborate across teams, providers, and systems to advocate for safe, high-quality care while helping to develop the tools and workflows that will expand this impact throughout our network.
• Propel systems change, mitigate risk, and enhance outcomes on a larger scale.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP).
• Current licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Over 3 years of clinical experience in psychiatry, crisis care, higher levels of care, and/or community mental health.
• More than 2 years of experience managing clinical risk, patient safety, or high-acuity situations.
• Familiarity with telehealth care delivery and experience with virtual care platforms.
• Strong clinical judgment along with proficient documentation skills.
• Comfortable communicating with patients and providers via phone, email, and text.
• Capable of analyzing and resolving clinical risk, quality, or safety concerns.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a willingness to work across clinical, operational, and support teams.
