Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Virtual CA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform psychiatric assessments and deliver evidence-based treatment to adults and older adults facing mental health challenges.

• Create customized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.

• Oversee psychiatric conditions utilizing psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and various non-pharmacological strategies.

• Work in conjunction with team members to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Refer patients for TMS and/or Spravato when appropriate.

• Keep precise medical records in alignment with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing.

• Board certification as a PMHNP through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

• Familiarity with TMS and Spravato is advantageous.

• Active DEA registration.

• Current BLS certification.

• Valid and unrestricted NP license and NP furnishing number in California (NP103 status is preferred, though not mandatory).
