Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Fully remote outpatient psychiatric care.

• Focus on lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD).

• Standard appointment durations (60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups).

• No involvement in inpatient care, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization, or crisis intervention.

• Integrated care model with an in-house referral network connecting to psychiatrists and therapists.

• Comprehensive operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

• Flexibility in managing your schedule and weekly availability.

• Session formats adhere to established clinical standards.

• Patient demographics tailored to individual preferences and criteria.

• Clinical decision-making conducted without pressure to reduce visit times or increase patient volume.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

• Active, unrestricted license with the authority for autonomous practice.

• At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.

• Experience in providing outpatient psychiatric care, including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.

• Skills in psychoeducation and supportive therapy.

• Comfort and capability to practice in a fully remote, telepsychiatry framework.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records for accurate and efficient documentation of care.

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to communicate clearly, fostering a collaborative, team-based approach.

• Dedication to evidence-based practices and ongoing clinical development.
