Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Fully remote, outpatient psychiatric care services

• Focus on lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD)

• Standard session durations (60-minute initial assessments, 30-minute follow-up sessions)

• No involvement in inpatient care, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization, or crisis management

• Integrated care model with an in-house referral network for psychiatrists and therapists

• Comprehensive operational support covering scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

• Active, unrestricted license with the authority for autonomous practice

• At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP

• Experience in providing outpatient psychiatric care, including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management

• Skills in psychoeducation and supportive therapy

• Comfort with practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry model

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records for accurate and efficient documentation

• Strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

• Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical development
