Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Fully remote outpatient psychiatric care.

• Focus on lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD).

• Standard session durations (60-minute initial consultations, 30-minute follow-up sessions).

• No involvement in inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization, or crisis intervention.

• Integrated care model featuring an in-house referral network for psychiatrists and therapists.

• Comprehensive operational support, covering scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

• Flexibility to manage your schedule and weekly availability.

• Session structure adheres to established clinical standards.

• Patient demographics tailored to individual preferences and criteria.

• Clinical decision-making is encouraged without the pressure to reduce visit duration or increase patient volume.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

• Active, unrestricted license granting autonomous practice authority.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.

• Experience in providing outpatient psychiatric care, including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.

• Skills in psychoeducation and supportive therapy.

• Comfort in practicing within a fully remote, telepsychiatry framework.

• Proficient in using electronic medical records for accurate and efficient documentation of care.

• Strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

• Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical development.
