Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Perform virtual assessments and gather medical histories from patients

• Evaluate and treat psychiatric disorders

• Prescribe and oversee medication management in line with clinical guidelines and supervision protocols

• Create, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans

• Track patient progress, safety, and responses to treatment

• Address clinical concerns as necessary

• Work alongside interdisciplinary care teams

• Keep precise and timely clinical records in the EHR

• Adhere to telehealth, prescribing, and compliance regulations

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric services to adult patients enrolled in virtual programs

• Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, clinical staff, and operational partners

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in psychiatric care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferred

• Active PA or NP license in good standing

• NP board certification or graduation from an accredited PA program

• Must possess or be actively pursuing licensure in Vermont and/or Pennsylvania

• Strong clinical judgment is essential

• Excellent communication skills for virtual patient interactions

• Comfortable adhering to clinical protocols and supervision requirements

• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset

• Proficiency in using and adapting to EHRs, telehealth platforms, and digital communication tools
