Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Delivers direct patient care for MAT, substance use disorders, and other psychiatric conditions through telemedicine.

• Collaborates closely with Eleanor Health Operations Managers, Lead Clinician, and fellow team members to ensure smooth integration of medical services with holistic support services.

• Fosters a distinctive and appealing culture that emphasizes mission orientation, proactive initiative, ethical conduct, and teamwork.

• Guarantees that medical care and documentation adhere to all relevant state and federal laws, regulations, and CARF accreditation standards.

• Engages in continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a current, active, and unencumbered Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license.

• A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or higher.

• Valid Illinois DEA Registration for controlled substances.

• Current National Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
