This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medication, providing compassionate and high-quality psychiatric and addiction care through a user-friendly telehealth platform, ensuring members receive accessible and effective treatment.
• Engage in team-based collaboration as part of an integrated group of prescribing clinicians, nurses, and care coordinators dedicated to delivering the highest-quality clinical care to members.
• Participate in collaborative case conferences with your clinical and care team to evaluate and modify treatment strategies for high-risk members bi-weekly, ensuring they receive the most effective and holistic care possible.
• Educate and promote health among members by empowering them with knowledge about preventative practices and lifestyle habits that foster long-term mental and physical well-being.
• Commit to continuous learning and sharing of knowledge by staying updated on the latest evidence-based psychiatric practices and disseminating key insights within the ReKlame Health community, contributing to a collective pursuit of excellence in mental health care.
• Ensure thorough recordkeeping by maintaining accurate and detailed patient records that document symptoms, treatment plans, medications, and progress, providing comprehensive insights to support informed care decisions.
• A Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York without any restrictions (active or pending).
• A Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certification (active or pending).
• ANCC Board Certification in Psychiatry (active or pending).
• Less than one year of clinical experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
