Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Perform initial assessments with clients

• Collaboratively create treatment plans that may include medication, therapy, or a combination of both

• Regularly follow up with clients at least once a month to evaluate the effectiveness of recommended interventions

• Deliver ongoing care until treatment objectives are met

• Offer various forms of talk therapy

• Conduct tele-psychiatric consultations for clients residing in Pennsylvania

• Establish a flexible schedule within operational hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week

⛳️ Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)

• Valid Pennsylvania Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License

• ANCC Board Certification

• DEA Certification

• Over 2 years of experience in adult mental health

• Strong skills in assessment

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills

• Ambitious, client-focused work ethic

• Must possess a personal computer

• Must have a quiet, professional environment for tele-psychiatry sessions

• Minimum availability of 16 hours per week

• Open availability Monday to Friday and weekends

• Comfortable delivering various types of talk therapy
