This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Conduct initial assessments and collaboratively design treatment plans with clients, focusing on medication, therapy, or a combination of both.
• Proactively engage with clients at least once a month to evaluate the effectiveness of recommended interventions and continue care until treatment objectives are fulfilled.
• Offer various forms of talk therapy alongside medication management where suitable.
• Execute tele-psychiatric consultations for clients located in North Carolina.
• Develop and oversee a personalized schedule within operational hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
• Valid North Carolina Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License.
• ANCC Board Certification.
• North Carolina DEA Certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in adult mental health.
• Strong skills in assessment.
• Exceptional communication and documentation capabilities.
• Driven, client-focused work ethic.
• Must possess a personal computer and a quiet, professional environment for tele-psychiatry sessions.
• Minimum commitment of 16 hours each week.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday and weekends.
• 1099 contractor status.
