Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Perform initial assessments with clients.

• Work collaboratively to create treatment plans that may include medication, therapy, or a combination of both.

• Conduct monthly follow-ups with clients to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and ensure ongoing care.

• Continue follow-ups until treatment objectives are met.

• Offer a variety of talk therapy modalities, including sessions that integrate medication management.

• Conduct tele-psychiatric consultations for clients located in New Hampshire.

• Develop a personal schedule that fits within operational hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree.

• Valid Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License in New Hampshire.

• ANCC Board Certification.

• Current DEA Certification in New Hampshire.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in adult mental health.

• Strong skills in assessment.

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.

• Driven, client-focused work ethic.

• Personal computer required.

• A quiet and professional space designated for tele-psychiatry sessions.

• Commitment to at least 16 hours of work per week.

• Availability to work during operational hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.

• Willingness to work on weekends.
