Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

📋 Description

• The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner HG is tasked with conducting virtual behavioral health assessments, managing our at-risk population, and working closely with community providers.

• Execute Medical and Behavioral Health assessments, which include: Delivering outstanding customer service to individuals with SMI while maintaining a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 90% or above.

• Dedication to minimizing unnecessary Psychiatric ER visits through prompt evaluation and interaction with individuals.

• Evaluate behavioral health and medical conditions through a comprehensive history and virtual physical examination.

• Collaborate with a support team consisting of both licensed and non-licensed professionals.

• Ensure continuity of care by referring individuals to community primary and behavioral health providers and specialists according to assessed needs.

• Assist individuals in building and implementing self-management skills and person-centered care practices aligned with their unique goals and preferences through motivational interviewing and holistic care planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner/Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Adult Health Nurse Practitioner/Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Adult Health Nurse Practitioner/Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner.

• Experience in telehealth services.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of licensed and non-licensed professionals.

• Strong expertise in diagnosing psychiatric disorders and administering psychopharmacological treatments, along with familiarity with non-pharmacological interventions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
