This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Delivers direct patient care encompassing medication management, diagnostic evaluations, and medical assessments.
β’ Educates patients on medications, including risks, benefits, and realistic outcome expectations.
β’ Collaborates effectively with support staff to guarantee proper patient communication and follow-up.
β’ Engages in treatment team meetings.
β’ Assists Medical Directors with tasks that involve direct patient interaction as required.
β’ Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned by the Medical Director.

β’ This role is structured for a 40-hour work week, with an expectation of 32 clinical hours and 8 administrative hours.
β’ Capability to support the Charlie Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis; remote-friendly.
β’ Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric/Mental Health from an accredited institution.
β’ Must hold a license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
β’ Over 3 years of experience working as a PMHNP; experience in IOP, PHP, and/or IP settings is preferred.
β’ Experience working with diverse age groups, including children, teens, young adults, and adult clients.
β’ Dedication to providing high-quality, cost-effective healthcare.
β’ Proficient communication and collaboration skills with medical staff, patients, clinical support, and administrative personnel.
β’ Competence in using electronic health records.
β’ Requires basic computer and internet skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
