This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Delivers direct patient care focused on medication management, diagnostic evaluations, and medical assessments.
• Educates patients about medications, including their risks, benefits, and realistic outcome expectations.
• Collaborates effectively with support staff to guarantee appropriate patient communication and follow-up procedures.
• Engages in treatment team meetings to contribute to holistic patient care.
• Assists Medical Directors with tasks that involve patient interaction as required.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by the Medical Director.
• This role is designed for a 40-hour work week, with an expectation of 32 hours dedicated to clinical duties and 8 hours to administrative tasks.
• Ability to support the Charlie Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis; remote work is welcomed.
• Master's of Science in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric/Mental Health from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a PMHNP; experience in IOP, PHP, and/or IP settings is preferred.
• Experience with a diverse age range, including children, adolescents, young adults, and adults.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, cost-effective healthcare services.
• Proficient in communication and collaboration with medical staff, patients, clinical support, and administrative personnel.
• Skilled in using electronic health records.
• Requires computer and internet proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
