This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Delivers direct patient care focusing on medication management, diagnostic evaluations, and medical assessments.
• Educates patients about medications, including associated risks, benefits, and realistic outcome expectations.
• Collaborates effectively with support staff to ensure clear patient communication and appropriate follow-up.
• Engages in treatment team meetings.
• Aids Medical Directors with patient-facing responsibilities as required.
• Carries out additional tasks assigned by the Medical Director.
• This role is structured for 40 hours per week, with an expectation of 32 hours dedicated to clinical duties and 8 hours to administrative tasks.
• Capacity to support the Charlie Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis; remote work is encouraged.
• Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Psychiatric/Mental Health from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Over 3 years of experience as a PMHNP; experience in IOP, PHP, and/or IP settings is preferred.
• Experience with a diverse age range, including children, teens, young adults, and adult clients.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, cost-effective healthcare.
• Proficiency in communication and collaboration with medical staff, patients, clinical support, and administrative personnel.
• Skilled in the use of electronic health records.
• Competency in computer and internet applications, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
